No. Our test kits use either a saliva sample, a urine sample, or a blood spot obtained via a finger stick.

Do you accept insurance?

For compounded medications: It is our experience that most insurance plans do not cover customized medications. Therefore, we do not maintain contracts with prescription insurance companies. Upon request, we will provide you with a universal compounded medication claim form that you may submit to your plan. Please refer to your insurance provider for information on requirements for reimbursement.

We accept most HSA/FSA cards for qualified prescription purchases.

We will give you a quote for the cash price before proceeding with any new prescription. Our prices are very competitive and we typically offer discounts for a 90-day supply.

For testing and consultation services: We cannot bill your insurance for testing kits; however, if you have a valid prescription from your healthcare provider for a testing kit then you may use your FSA/HSA card to pay for it.

How much are your testing kits?

We offer a variety of testing kits that range from $99-$450. We believe in our motto "Test, Don't Guess!" Our pharmacists are here to help you determine which test would be best for you based on your symptoms.

Can I use my FSA/HSA to pay for testing?

If your healthcare provider writes a prescription for a test kit, then yes. However please refer to your insurance provider for information on requirements and limitations. Should your healthcare provider have questions about writing a prescription for a testing kit please have them contact us.

If my test determines I have a hormone imbalance can a pharmacist give me a prescription?

No, our pharmacists cannot prescribe medications. However, we will collaborate with your physician to optimize your therapy.

During your consultation we will discuss your results and go over treatment options with you. We will then send a recommendation to your physician for a compounded hormone medication, if we feel it is necessary. In addition to bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, we may also recommend dietary changes and over the counter vitamins and supplements if needed.
